Cancellation Policy
Appointment fees are to be paid in full at time of scheduling. Clients are entitled to receive a full refund of their appointment fee when cancellation notice is received 24 hours prior to date/time of appointment. Cancellations/no-shows between 1-24 hours prior to scheduled appointment shall receive a credit for 50% of their appointment fee. Cancellations and no-shows within one hour of the schedule appointment shall receive a 25% refund. Receipts can be provided upon request. Rooted Soul Awakening has the right to cancel/reschedule any unpaid appointments at any time.
