Ceremonial Cacao
Due to the nature of food products, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for ceremonial cacao once it has been purchased. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at hope@hopehughes.com within 7 days of delivery, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Incense and Other Physical Products
We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not satisfied with your incense or other physical items, you may request a return or exchange within 20 days of purchase. Items must be in their original packaging.
