Afternoon with Spirit: a Gathering for Messages & Ceremonial Cacao

Check back for the Date and Time for this event - Likely late October - November Join Lonnie Beard of Aspiring Laser & Wellness and Hope Hughes of Rooted Soul Awakening for an intimate afternoon of messages, ceremonial cacao, and connection with Spirit.

We'll gather on the New Moon, at a time when the Earth itself feels to be shifting and we are also moving into the fall season. Every time of change carries its own insights, movement, and opportunities to notice what is becoming when we are willing to listen to our own guidance.

Hope and Lonnie will offer personal messages for those in attendance, along with channeled messages for the group as a whole.

We’ll begin with ceremonial cacao to open the space, deepen our connection, and support receiving and integration throughout the afternoon as we calibrate to the higher frequencies.

 This gathering will honor a protected container for receptivity, guidance,  intelligence, and connection to the divine that exists all around us.

With a deliberately small group, the afternoon can unfold organically, leaving room for individual messages, collective insight, conversation, and whatever comes forward.

**Additional Information about Cacao:

Cacao contains theobromine, a gentle cardiovascular stimulant that can increase mental alertness and concentration, perfect for healing and transformational work. It is a nutrient-dense superfood known for its rich antioxidants and heart-opening properties.

>Avoid caffeine intake for 6 hours before (and after) as it can be overstimulating

>No mind-altering substances the day of ceremony: alcohol, marijuana, psychedelics, etc.

>Avoid dairy products on the day of the ceremony, as they counteract the benefits of cacao and can cause stomach aches

>Fast 2-3 hours prior to for an optimal experience. Listen to your body. For low blood sugar eat whole foods or bring a snack. We will   have some nuts and fruit available, but feel free to bring a snack for yourself. Cacao itself is quite filling.
